Hely Heating and Air Conditioning has proudly served Fenton, MO, and surrounding communities since 1987, but our story began nearly two decades earlier. Richard Hely entered the HVAC industry in 1969, working as a service technician. During the next 17 years, he worked for just two companies, building his expertise and understanding of what truly matters in this business—honesty, precision, and customer care.
In 1987, Rich founded Hely Heating and Air Conditioning with those same values at the forefront. For the first five years, he personally handled all installations and service calls, developing deep relationships within the community and laying the foundation for what would become a long-standing, trusted business. To this day, Rich Hely still comes into the office every day, actively supporting the operations and ensuring the company's original values remain intact.
Rich built more than a business—he built a team. Today, all of our technicians have been with us for over 15 years, and two have been serving customers for more than 25 years.
